I don’t know why I was so late to the smoothie bowl party, but I’ve recently started making them and let’s just say I’m pretty hooked. It’s the perfect afternoon snack, or a great option for breakfast. You really can’t mess it up! Here’s my latest go to recipe: 

  • Blend 8 oz coconut milk and 1 scoop Young Living pure protein complete chocolate with a few pieces of ice.

  • Pour into bowl.

  • Top with chia seeds, shredded coconut or coconut flakes, crumbled nuts ( i use pecans ) , and granola!
