I’m Margaret, a holistic nutritionist, and I’m also in training for the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN) program. I currently have a virtual practice in which I help women struggling with gut issues, hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, recovering from birth control, and more.
This podcast will be a place where we will dig in and have very thought-provoking conversations on all kinds of health-related topics. Expect to hear about ditching diet culture, mastering our hormones, biohacking for energy and longevity, finding balance in the wellness world, and more.
